No Halloween this year, Horror is Israel,
A chilling tale of sorrow we must retell,
As darkness looms o’er the land of old,
A haunting story still left untold.

Innocence shattered, the night is long,
Amidst the chaos, something’s wrong,
In the heart of cities, fear takes its toll,
Innocent lives trapped in the fold.

No costumes, no candy, no child’s delight,
In the Holy Land, they yearn for the light,
A nightmare unfolds, no ghouls or ghosts,
But the specter of conflict, a sinister host.

Innocent eyes, wide with dread and fear,
As missiles rain down, drawing near,
Families huddled in a desperate embrace,
Searching for shelter in this perilous space.

The night sky flashes with a fiery light,
As explosions paint the darkness with fright,
Buildings crumble, hopes disintegrate,
Innocent lives caught in this dire fate.

Mothers weep, their children’s futures uncertain,
As they cling to them, through the smoke and the curtain,
In Gaza’s heart, there’s pain and despair,
A never-ending nightmare, too heavy to bear.

Yet in the midst of despair, let’s aspire,
To bridge the divide, quench the fire,
To heal the wounds, to seek the day,
When peace and hope can find their way.

No Halloween this year, Horror is real,
A tale of anguish that time cannot conceal,
Let’s come together, hearts open wide,
To change the narrative, side by side.
